A short-term-rental owner opens a booking and asks one question: what am I getting paid, and why is it less than the guest paid? This is a prototype that answers it in a single screen — and then a second version that answers it when the stay runs forty-five nights instead of six.

HomeGround is a location-analysis platform helping users understand property trade-offs. Buying a home—especially from a distance—can feel like a leap in the dark. While listings show you the house, that’s only half the story. HomeGround wants to help you start to understand the community – the social infrastructure, natural rhythms, and local climate realities that define how you will actually live.

I built a little bot that lives in Discord to help reduce small social frictions between students—for example, helping them make a kind gesture by surprising a classmate with their favorite coffee and not spoiling the surprise by asking, or pronouncing a students’ name without having to ask multiple times. The bot does not actually need to be an autonomous agent; however, I wanted it to have an agent-like personality yet represent the student responsibly.
